Frequently Asked Questions
We are not exotic animal specialists. While we are happy to examine your pocket pet and may be able to provide care, some cases may require referral to a veterinarian with specialized exotic animal training.
Your pet’s overall health and safety are always our top priority, which is why we require an annual physical exam before administering vaccinations.
An exam allows our veterinarians to ensure your pet is healthy enough to receive vaccines and to identify any underlying or developing medical conditions that could increase the risk of complications, even from routine vaccinations.
These visits also give us the opportunity to discuss preventive health measures that support your pet’s wellbeing beyond legally required vaccines. Our goal is to work together with you to protect your pet’s health and help them enjoy a long, happy life.
We do not offer boarding or grooming at our facility. However we can supply you with a list of businesses that our clients swear by, whether that be in-house pet sitting, kennels, or amazing groomers.
We do carry an assortment of shampoos and conditioners for bathing pets at home.
Lifetime Veterinary Care does not receive financial support from any charitable or any other third party organization. So that we may offer the appropriate veterinary care, it is required that every client be prepared to pay for all services at the time they are rendered.
We would be glad to give you an estimated cost of services before any services are performed. We do not extend credit or accept partial payments. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks (local banks only, with a valid license), VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.(https://www.carecredit.com/?dtc=N353&Exact=care%20credit&sitecode=CCDTCSEMN353&gclid=Cj0KCQiAg_HhBRDNARIsAGHLV531wGUaNvDo1t-Yo9dXOsyHcyQXmA2ke0kmB4oT8oHWNoTBmedT-NoaAvQnEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds)
