New Patients

Welcome to the Family

Whether you're here for a quick visit or a returning patient, we take great pride in the trust you place in us to care for your pets. Our goal is to build relationships with pets and owners alike that last a lifetime.

We are humbled and honored that you trust us to provide healthcare for your pets that are treasured family members, and we work hard to continue to deserve your trust and confidence. We are all pet owners and we love our pets just as you do. We will treat your pet like it is ours.

  • Do you see birds, turtles, and pocket pets?"
Yes, we do! Often we ask for a history of the pet's problem and for the type of care the pet receives. In most cases we are able to determine the problem as the majority of health issues with exotic pets arise from husbandry or inncorrect care. However, we are not exotic specialists. We will refer you to a veterinarian who is a specialist if we are not able to help your exotic pet.
  • Why does my pet need an exam along with receiving vaccinations?
Our main concern is with your pet's health, and so we do not do vaccinations without a yearly or bi-annual exam. Unknown medical conditions can cause serious complications, even with something as routine as a vaccination. We would encourage you to familiarize yourself with the other preventive health measures that are in your pet's best interest, above and beyond what is required by law. Our goal is to ensure a long, healthy life for your pet and we encourage you to become a partner with us in this endeavor.
  • Do you offer boarding? Grooming?
We do not offer boarding or grooming at our facility. However we can supply you with a list of businesses that our clients swear by, whether that be in-house pet sitting, kennels, or amazing groomers. And for those simply looking to bathe their pet, we do carry an assortment of shampoos and conditioners.
  • Do I have to pay when I come in?
Lifetime Veterinary Care does not receive financial support from any charitable or any other third party organization. So that we may offer the appropriate veterinary care, it is required that every client be prepared to pay for all services at the time they are rendered. We would be glad to give you an estimated cost of services before any services are performed. We do not extend credit or accept partial payments. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks (local banks only, with a valid license), VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.
